Base Pisco

Glass Normal Glass

  • 5 ml Pisco El Gobernador
  • 200 ml Tonic Water
  • 10 ml Peach Bitters
  • 2 Pieces Lemongrass
  • 4 Ice Cubes

Add the pisco and other ingredients directly to the glass and garnish with a slice of dried grapefruit and a stalk of lemongrass.

Moscatel Mule

Method Building

Base Pisco

Glass Normal glass

  • 60 ml Pisco El Gobernador
  • 250 ml Ginger Beer
  • 1/2 Lime Juice of lime
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • crushed ICE

Add the pisco and lime juice to the glass along with the ice; top off with ginger beer. Garnish with one sprig of mint, a slice of ginger, and pepper.

Method Blending

Base Pisco

Glass Martini glass

  • 60 ml El Gobernador Pisco
  • 30 ml Mango Juice
  • 25 ml Merkén Syrup
  • 30 ml Lime Juice

Merkén syrup: Cold macerate 1 kilogram of sugar and 1 gram of merkén spice in 1 liter of water.
Add all the ingredients to a blender, blend, and serve in a martini glass.

Gobernador Sour

Method Shaking

Base Pisco

Glass Champagne glass

  • 60 ml El Gobernador Pisco
  • 20 ml Lemon or Lime Juice
  • 20 ml Sugar Syrup (40% Water/60% Granulated Sugar)
  • 1/2 Egg White (Optional)
  • 3 Ice Cubes

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. Serve in a cold champagne glass. Garnish with a slice of cucumber.
